Chia-seed pudding with Zespri Green kiwifruit

Ingredients Method

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 500 ml water (or non-dairy milk of choice)
  • 2 Zespri Green kiwifruit
  • 100 g berries

Method

  1. Grind up the chia seeds with water and let rest at least 6 hours.
  2. Peel, cut up and grind the Zespri Green kiwifruit with half of the chia mix. Combine the rest with the berries.
  3. Pour the two mixtures in alternating layers into transparent glasses or heart-shaped bowls. If you want, top them with berries and kiwifruit cubes. Serve right away.
