Ingredients

  • 200 g rolled oats
  • 5 dL almond milk
  • 4 Zespri Green kiwifruit
  • 100 g strawberries
  • 4 teaspoons crushed pistachios
  • 4 teaspoons honey

Method

  1. Soak the oats following the instructions on the packet.
  2. Pour into a pan, add almond milk and cook over a slow heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until creamy.
  3. Put the oatmeal into the bowls and top with Zespri Green kiwifruit, cut strawberries, crushed pistachios and a teaspoon of honey.
