There are many more ways of eating a kiwi than you might think. Often a kiwifruit is cut in two and the fruit scooped out. But you can also peel the kiwi. You can cut it neatly horizontally in slices, as ready-to-eat pieces for children or for use in a (fruit) salad, on a fruit tart or with your muesli.
For that matter you can create no end of variations with cold or warm kiwi in the most wide-ranging starters, main courses and desserts. How about this menu, for example: an exciting kiwi cocktail as an aperitif, scampi with a refreshing kiwi dip as a starter, followed by a lamb and kiwi tajine, and kiwi ice cream to round off? One thing is certain: however you eat your kiwi, you’ll be consuming a generous dose of delicious vitamins!
