  • 5 Prawns
  • 2 Zespri Green kiwifruit
  • 50g Pineapple 
  • 50g Capsicum
  • 10g Garlic, chopped 
  • 15 cc. White wine

Preparation

  • Clean the prawns, cutting off the heads and removing the shells.
  • Cut kiwifruit, pineapple, and capsicum into bite-size chunks.
  • In a hot pan, add oil and fry the chopped garlic, then fry the prawns, add white wine, until the prawns are cooked. 
  • Mix the kiwifruit, pineapple, and capsicum with the prawns.
