- 1 cup (125 g) self raising flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4-1/2 cup (60-125 ml) milk
- 1 tablespoon melted butter or margarine
Topping:
- 3 Zespri Gold kiwifruit
- 2 Zespri Green kiwifruit
- 4 tablespoons (75 g) cream cheese
- 3-4 strawberries or grapes
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
- To make the base, combine the flour and sugar and add enough milk to make a soft dough.
- Pat out on a lightly greased oven tray (sheet) to form an 18-20 cm (7 – 8 inch) circle.
- Flute the edges if desired. Brush with the melted butter or margarine and bake for about 12 minutes, until golden and cooked.
- Peel and slice the Zespri kiwifruit.
- Mash one Zespri Gold kiwifruit and combine with the cream cheese.
- Spread over the cooled pizza base.
- Top with slices of the remaining fruit, filling the centre with strawberries or grapes. Sprinkle with nuts.
- The pizza can be briefly grilled and served warm if desired. Alternatively, serve it at room temperature. Excellent served with yoghurt or ice cream.
