Organic pastry tartlets:
- ¼ cup (60 ml) canola oil
- ¼ cup (60 g) sugar
- 1 egg
- 1¼ cups (160 g) flour
Filling:
- 300 g blueberries or raspberries
- 6 Zespri Green Organic kiwifruit
- 3 tablespoons (50 g) maple syrup or sugar

Preparation
- To prepare the pastry, beat the oil with the sugar and the egg, until light.
- Sift in the flour and mix well.
- Roll into a ball and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Roll out the pastry to 5 mm thickness.
- With a biscuit cutter, make 20 rounds.
- Fit into oiled tartlet pans.
- Bake for 15 minutes, until crisp.
- Peel and dice the kiwifruit.
- Spoon into the cooled tartlet shells with the berries.
- Sprinkle each with a little maple syrup or sugar.
