Zespri SunGold kiwifruit ‘Detox’ Smoothie with veggies

This spoonable smoothie recipe is a vitamin C kick to help you regain the vitality you need every day. Add watercress or other leaves such as spinach, kale or rocket.

Ingredients Method

Ingredients

  • 6 Zespri SunGold kiwifruit
  • 40 g of watercress
  • 1 orange
  • 250 g of thick Greek-style yoghurt

Method

  1. Peel and chop the Zespri kiwifruit. Wash the watercress. Peel and chop the orange.
  2. Put the kiwifruit, watercress and orange in the blender. Blend.
  3. Stir in the yoghurt. Spoon into glasses and serve.

 

Tip:  Top with watercress leaves to decorate.
