Oatmeal with Zespri Green kiwifruit and chia seed

This breakfast will help improve your intestinal health and prevent constipation easy and naturally, with its high vitamin C content to help boost your natural defences.
- 120 g oatmeal
- 300 g natural apple juice
- 300 ml mineral water
- 6 Zespri Green kiwifruit
- 4 teaspoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons toasted sunflower seeds
- 1 sprig mint
- Put the oatmeal into 4 bowls and add the juice and water. Add the chia seeds and stir. Put in the microwave for 1.5 minutes. Remove and let rest a few minutes.
- Peel and dice the Zespri Green kiwifruit. Wash the mint and cut into thin strips. Put the kiwifruit on top of the oatmeal. To finish off, sprinkle with mint and sunflower seeds.
