Ingredients

  • 250 g carrots
  • 4 Zespri SunGold kiwifruit
  • 2 slices of fresh pineapple
  • 2 sprigs of mint
  • 300 ml mineral water
  • 1 teaspoon of pollen (optional)
  • 8 ice cubes (optional)

Method

  1. Peel and chop the Zespri SunGold kiwifruits and carrots. Remove the mint leaves from the stalk and wash them.
  2. Put all the ingredients into the blender, add the ice cubes and blend for a few seconds until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Pour into 4 large glasses. Serve.
