Pie-tini with banana and Zespri SunGold kiwifruit
- 1 Zespri SunGold kiwifruit, peeled, chopped
- 1 oz Cruzan, banana rum
- 1 oz Barrenjager
- 1 1/2 oz heavy cream
- 1/2 oz liquor 43
- Muddle Zespri SunGold kiwifruit and Cruzan in shaker. Add Barrenjager and shake with ice. Strain into martini glass.
- Place cream and Liquor 43 in shaker. Shake for 30 seconds until frothy.
- Place tsp against inside edge of martini glass. Slowly pour cream mixture over back of spoon onto kiwifruit mixture, creating layered effect. Serve immediately.
