Zespri Green kiwifruit drink
- 1 Zespri Green kiwifruit, peeled and chopped
- 250 ml (9 oz) cranberry juice
- ¼ teaspoon finely grated root ginger
- 2 cups ice cubes
- Mint sprigs to garnish
- Place the Zespri Green kiwifruit and grated ginger in a food processor and process, until puréed but the kiwifruit seeds are not broken.
- Add the cranberry juice and pulse, until mixed.
- Pour over ice and serve garnished with mint.
Note: Vodka may be added.
