- 2 Zespri Green kiwifruit
- 2 Zespri SunGold kiwifruit
- 100 g cream cheese
- 100 g cranberries
- 30 g thinly sliced almonds
- 4 slices wholemeal bread
Method
- Choose the animal shape you want and cut it out from card. Place the card on top of the slices of wholemeal bread and use a small knife to cut out the shape of the animal, using the edges of the cardboard as a guide.
- Spread the cream cheese on the slices of bread and peel and slice the Zespri kiwifruit, placing the pieces over one another to look like fish scales, alternating the colours. Leave the head and tail free, placing the almond slices on top. Use the cranberries to make the eyes and bubbles.
