- 4 Zespri SunGold kiwifruit
- 4 apricots
- 500 mL oat milk
- 30 g almonds
- 3 pitted dates
- Peel and dice the Zespri SunGold kiwifruit. Wash the apricots, slice in half and remove the stone.
- Put the kiwifruit, apricots, almonds, dates and oatmeal into the blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into the glasses. Serve.
