  • 4 Zespri SunGold kiwifruit
  • 4 apricots
  • 500 mL oat milk
  • 30 g almonds
  • 3 pitted dates

Method

  1. Peel and dice the Zespri SunGold kiwifruit. Wash the apricots, slice in half and remove the stone.
  2. Put the kiwifruit, apricots, almonds, dates and oatmeal into the blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into the glasses. Serve.
