Yoghurt smoothie with kiwifruit
After doing exercise, you need vitamins and minerals to recover. Make this simple smoothie packed with vitamin C and help boost your body's natural defences.
- 125 g plain yoghurt
- 3 Zespri Green kiwifruit
- 200 g mango flesh
- 15 g raisins
- 20 g raw almonds
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 300 ml mineral water
- Blanch the almonds quickly to remove the brown skin. Put them into a blender and grind until you have almond paste.
- Add the yoghurt, peeled and chopped Zespri Green kiwifruit, mango flesh, raisins, honey and mineral water. Blend until smooth. Serve in large glasses.
