Yoghurt smoothie with kiwifruit

Ingredients

  • 125 g plain yoghurt
  • 3 Zespri Green kiwifruit
  • 200 g mango flesh
  • 15 g raisins
  • 20 g raw almonds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 300 ml mineral water

Method

  1. Blanch the almonds quickly to remove the brown skin. Put them into a blender and grind until you have almond paste.
  2. Add the yoghurt, peeled and chopped Zespri Green kiwifruit, mango flesh, raisins, honey and mineral water. Blend until smooth. Serve in large glasses.
