Ingredients

  • 250 ml yoghurt
  • 3 Zespri Green kiwifruit
  • 200 g pears
  • 150 g strawberries
  • 20 g walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Method

  1. Peel the Zespri kiwifruit and the pears. Remove the core of the pear. Clean the strawberries and remove the stems.
  2. Put the yoghurt, kiwifruit, pear, strawberries and walnuts into the blender. Add the honey and blend until smooth. Then pour into glasses.
