Yogur smoothie with Zespri Green kiwifruit, pear, strawberries and walnuts
Any problems with digestion or constipation? Try this simple, delicious smoothie that is perfect any time of day. It is very healthy, nutritious and rich in fibre that can promotes digestive health and intestinal transit.
- 250 ml yoghurt
- 3 Zespri Green kiwifruit
- 200 g pears
- 150 g strawberries
- 20 g walnuts
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Peel the Zespri kiwifruit and the pears. Remove the core of the pear. Clean the strawberries and remove the stems.
- Put the yoghurt, kiwifruit, pear, strawberries and walnuts into the blender. Add the honey and blend until smooth. Then pour into glasses.
