Zespri Green kiwifruit and almond milk smoothie
A delicious kiwifruit smoothie in the morning or as a healthy snack in the afternoon or evening can be a great pick-me-up. You can always prepare it to your taste, adding a banana or some nuts if you need more vitality. If you’re vegan, lactose intolerant or just cutting back on dairy more generally, this smoothie is perfect for you.
- 4 Zespri Green kiwifruit
- 250 g strawberries
- 400 ml almond milk
- 20 g raisins
- Peel and slice the Zespri kiwifruit. Wash the strawberries, remove the stalks and cut them in half.
- Put the kiwifruit, strawberries, almond milk and raisins in the blender. Blend until smooth and a pouring consistency. Store in the fridge in a glass container and it’s ready to go!
