Zespri Kiwifruit, kale, cranberry and mango smoothie
If you wake up feeling a bit down, this recipe will cheer you up! A smoothie packed with vitamins and flavour that will help you face a hard day with a positive frame of mind. And if you fancy a delicious and refreshing mid-morning drink, you only need to add a few ice cubes.
- Peel and chop the Zespri kiwifruit. Wash and chop the kale. Peel the mango and separate the pulp from the stone. Wash the cranberries.
- Put the water and all the ingredients into a food mixer and blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If you like cold smoothies, blend with the ice cubes. Serve.
