Zespri SunGold kiwifruit, banana, avocado, milk and hazelnut smoothie
This simple smoothie is delicious and nutritious. It is also packed with potassium that will help your muscles recover after a workout.
- 4 Zespri SunGold kiwifruit
- 1 banana
- 1 avocado
- 1 lime
- 300 mL skimmed milk
- 8 ice cubes
- 40 g hazelnuts
- Peel and dice the Zespri SunGold kiwifruit. Peel and slice the banana and avocado then sprinkle with lime juice.
- Put the kiwifruit, banana, avocado, milk and hazelnuts into the blender and blend until smooth. Add the ice cubes and blend again. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
