Ingredients

  • 4 Zespri SunGold kiwifruit
  • 1 banana
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 lime
  • 300 mL skimmed milk
  • 8 ice cubes
  • 40 g hazelnuts

Method

  1. Peel and dice the Zespri SunGold kiwifruit. Peel and slice the banana and avocado then sprinkle with lime juice.
  2. Put the kiwifruit, banana, avocado, milk and hazelnuts into the blender and blend until smooth. Add the ice cubes and blend again. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
