Chia-seed pudding with Zespri Green kiwifruit and berries

- 6 tablespoons chia seeds
- 500 ml water (or non-dairy milk of choice)
- 2 Zespri Green kiwifruit
- 100 g berries
- Grind up the chia seeds with water and let rest at least 6 hours.
- Peel, cut up and grind the Zespri Green kiwifruit with half of the chia mix. Combine the rest with the berries.
- Pour the two mixtures in alternating layers into transparent glasses or heart-shaped bowls. If you want, top them with berries and kiwifruit cubes. Serve right away.
