Wholemeal toast topped with Zespri Green kiwifruit

- 4 slices of wholemeal bread
- 100 g ricotta cheese
- 4 slices of roasted turkey ham
- 2 Zespri Green kiwifruit
- 2 walnuts
- Lightly toast the slices of wholemeal bread and add the ricotta cheese. Peel and thinly slice the Zespri Green kiwifruit.
- Cover the toast with the roasted turkey ham and slices of kiwifruit. Serve immediately.
