Wholemeal toast topped with Zespri Green kiwifruit

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of wholemeal bread
  • 100 g ricotta cheese
  • 4 slices of roasted turkey ham
  • 2 Zespri Green kiwifruit
  • 2 walnuts

Method

  1. Lightly toast the slices of wholemeal bread and add the ricotta cheese. Peel and thinly slice the Zespri Green kiwifruit.
  2. Cover the toast with the roasted turkey ham and slices of kiwifruit. Serve immediately.
