Zespri Green kiwifruit and shrimps
- 5 Prawns
- 2 Zespri Green kiwifruit
- 50g Pineapple
- 50g Capsicum
- 10g Garlic, chopped
- 15 cc. White wine
- Clean the prawns, cutting off the heads and removing the shells.
- Cut Zespri Green kiwifruit, pineapple, and capsicum into bite-size chunks.
- In a hot pan, add oil and fry the chopped garlic, then fry the prawns, add white wine, until the prawns are cooked.
- Mix the kiwifruit, pineapple, and capsicum with the prawns.
