Zespri Green kiwifruit bagel

Ingredients

  • 2 Zespri Green kiwifruits, peeled and sliced.
  • 4 bagels
  • 2 tbsps cream cheese
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled and sliced.
  • 4 slices of smoked salmon
  • A handful of washed lamb’s lettuce
  • Black pepper

Method

  1. Slice open the bagels.
  2. Coat the bagels with cream cheese and season with black pepper.
  3. Fill with avocado, salmon, Zespri Green kiwifruit and lamb’s lettuce.
  4. Cover with the tops of the bagels, like hamburgers.
    An extremely healthy lunch!!!!
