Peanut butter, banana and Zespri Green kiwifruit all-day breakfast burrito

You’ll love this original breakfast. A peanut-butter, banana and kiwifruit burrito is perfect to take to the office or school, or to eat at home before starting the day if your schedule allows. It only takes 15 minutes to make!

Ingredients

  • 4 wheat tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 banana
  • 2 Zespri Green kiwifruit
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • A pinch of cinnamon

Method

  1. Spread the peanut butter onto the tortillas evenly.
  2. Peel and slice the Zespri kiwifruit and banana. Distribute over 2 of the tortillas and sprinkle with cinnamon. Then cover with the other tortillas.
  3. Warm a non-stick pan and grease with butter. Brown the tortillas in the pan, one minute on each side. Cut each tortilla in half or in quarters.
